Palo Santo is a sacred wood that comes from the magical Palo Santo tree, native to the coast of South America It’s name literally means ‘holy wood’ Traditionally burned by Shamans and medicine people for its medicinal and therapeutic healing power Please note that I have taken great care to ensure that this Palo Santo wood has been ethically sourced and sustainably grown under fair trade conditions

The use of Palo Santo include inspiring creativity, evoking protection, infusing blessings, bringing forth love and good fortune, spiritual purification, energy cleansing and healing So beautiful to use before or during meditation, its uplifting and earthy scent helps to raise your vibration to bring a deeper connection to the Earth and your Divine Source

For physical healing, this divine smoke may be used to help relieve symptoms of common colds, stress, anxiety, headaches, inflammation and emotional trauma Use it to cleanse your crystals, your jewellery, your person, your environment, use it to clarify and seal your intentions

5 x extra large Palo Santo sticks

To Use: Light the end of the Palo Santo stick as you would a incense or candle Let the flame burn for 30 seconds or so and gently blow out flame so you are left with a gorgeous soft smoke, you can place in a pottery dish or a large shell with the lit end away from the edge of the dish/shell so it may continue to smoke Or you can hold the Palo Santo so you can wash the smoke over yourself, other people, sacred spaces, crystals, objects that you wish to clear and bless You may need to re light a few times but consider this part of your meditation xx
