One of the best monovarietal hojiblanca organic olive oil Beautiful green aromas, artichoke, green banana, freshly cut grass In the mouth extremely balanced pungency and bitterness At the tasting, you will also notice a slight green almond We use it only raw to dress our salads or any veg or fish dishes The packaging of the oil is also beautiful and it comes with a gift box If you are going for dinner to your friends take this oil instead of a bottle of wine, we are sure your friends will much appreciate it
