USAGE

To use BRIGHT, scrape a small amount out of the jar, using the backside of your toothbrush You don t need much Make circular movements gently across your teeth and gums Be gentle in your brushing, careful not to push very hard, as the baking soda and salt are naturally abrasive and will do the work for you Three minutes of brushing is recommended for best results
