How to use: Open all doors, windows, closets Light smudge stick, wait a moment, then blow out flames Fan embers lightly to keep smouldering may need to be relit Use the smoke to wash persons, property or spaces Work intuitively with your smudge stick, allow yourself to move freely and slowly around your room environment allowing the smoke to wash over items abs around spaces and corners You may feel drawn to let the smoke wash under beds, furniture, through closets and cupboards, trust your natural instincts Keep the doors and windows open for a little while afterwards to ensure all unwanted energies leave the rooms Ensure your smudge stick is snubbed out completely after use to avoid fire risk Use a shell or pottery to catch ashes
