How to use: Open windows and doors, even closets and cupboards Light smudge stick, wait a moment, then blow out flames Fan embers lightly to keep smouldering may need to be relit Use the smoke to wash persons, property or spaces Work intuitively around the rooms, directing the smoke under beds, through closets, over book shelves etc You may feel yourself drawn to certain areas of a space, allow yourself to move freely trusting your own instincts Leave doors and windows open for a while afterwards so that the energies may leave the space freely Use a shell or pottery to catch ashes, ensure the smudge stick is stubbed out completely to avoid fire risk Use as often as needed, or with the moon cycles, new moon and full moon
