USAGE

To apply FRESH, scoop out a pea sized amount, using the back of your fingernail or a small spoon Rub briefly between your fingers and it will melt almost immediately Split into two portions and rub into your armpits You should find that you do not need to reapply throughout the day

If you notice you have a reaction when using FRESH, either from the baking soda or an aluminum detox, you can build up a tolerance over time If your skin begins to feel itchy or irritated, discontinue use until the skin heals Slowly build up your usage until you are no longer afflicted
