Quick Texas Chili Recipe:

1. Ingredients:
   • 1 lb ground beef or wild game meat
   • 1 large onion, diced
   • 3 cloves garlic, minced
   • 1 bell pepper, diced
   • 1 14 5 oz can diced tomatoes
   • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
   • 4 tsp Texas Chili Spice Mix
   • 1 tbsp olive oil
2. Instructions:
   1. Saut Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat Add diced onions, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper Saut until onions are translucent and peppers are softened, about 5 7 minutes
   2. Brown Meat: Add 1 lb ground beef or wild game meat to the pot Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 8 10 minutes Drain excess fat if necessary
   3. Add Tomatoes and Sauce: Stir in 1 14 5 oz can diced tomatoes and 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
   4. Season: Sprinkle 4 tsp of Texas Chili Spice Mix over the chili Stir well to combine
